Position: Manager, Information Security
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States

Technology Information Security Officer
Candidate will be a key member of systems development projects with
responsibility to ensure technology risk considerations are identified and
adequately addresses for new system development life cycles. Candidate must
ensure proper technology risk consideration are addressed at each phase of the
life cycle and provide proactive solutions to correct exposures or mitigate
risk. Must balance level of risk with business requirements to provide optimal
solution. Candidate will help management team to provide mentoring to more
junior info security professionals, and keep abreast of new threats and
vulnerabilities to systems and the industry to provide proactive solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Savvy in both understanding of business requirements and in all areas of
technology risk, including Information Security, Business Continuity, and
Operational Risk. Must have a minimum of 7 years in Information Security
function with experience in technology risk disciplines. Some development
experience in recent languages is required. Concepts and experience in secure
software design and development is required. Previous experience with risk
based assessment methodologies is required. Strong understanding of software
development and lifecycles is required. Internet and eBusiness background is
required. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communications skills are
required. Hands on system administration or security administration with at
least three of the following platforms-mainframe, wintel, unix or network is a
plus.
