Position: Penetration Engineer
Location: Anywhere in the Northeast, New Jersey, United States
Type: Contract
Closing Date: 2007-01-20
An experienced Penetration Tester (no trainees, please) to join our
Professional Security Services team. The successful candidate must be
able to work independently to perform security vulnerability and network
penetration assessments, as well as application security assessments. The
candidate must be able to articulate approach, findings, and recommendations
verbally and in writing. Frequent communications with executives is part of the
day to day responsibilities of this position.
The right candidate will be able to work from home 85% of the time. The
position will require 15% travel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
5 years + of experience in the following:
- Unix, NT, networking
- Wireless security
- Writing exploits in the course of network attack and penetration
testing
- Security testing of web-based applications
- application security source code assessments
- TCP/IP networking
- VoIP testing
Professional and Personal Qualifications -
- Must have strong prior experience in conducting remote and on-site
network vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.
- Strong command of English language (written and oral) is required.
- Must possess strong Consulting, documentation and presentation skills.
