Responsibilities also include managing and penetrating existing customers. Responsibilities: • Responsible for generating opportunities and revenue within national and global enterprise accounts (Fortune 1000) through direct sales activities. • Develops a strategy for penetrating an account or business development opportunity. • Understands customer needs and expectations and provides consultative response to those needs working closely with Sales Engineering. • Delivers effective presentations focused on solutions to the customer’s need. • Maintains strong customer relationships with all buying influences and decision makers. • Prepares sales plans and forecasts to sales management as required.
