Position:       VP of Marketing
Location:       Napa, California, United States
Type:           Permanent F/T

The Enterprise Sales Director identifies new sales opportunities, develops 
relationships with key decision makers, and proactively manages the entire 
sales cycle. Responsibilities also include managing and penetrating existing 
customers.

Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for generating opportunities and revenue within national 
and global enterprise accounts (Fortune 1000) through direct sales activities. 
•  Develops a strategy for penetrating an account or business development 
opportunity. 
•  Understands customer needs and expectations and provides consultative 
response to those needs working closely with Sales Engineering. 
•  Delivers effective presentations focused on solutions to the 
customer’s need. 
•  Maintains strong customer relationships with all buying influences and 
decision makers. 
•  Prepares sales plans and forecasts to sales management as required. 

Requirements: 

•  A minimum of 5 years direct sales experience involving consultative 
sales within large national/global enterprise accounts and with strategic 
partners in selling to these accounts. 
•  A track record of success in achieving or exceeding quotas. 
•  Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Ability to successfully interact with individuals at all levels
•  Excellent presentation skills and a persuasive communications style. 
•  Strong interpersonal skills in building and maintaining collaborative 
relationships with cross functional teams. 
•  Previous experience with Web or Network Security a big plus.
•  4 year degree in Business related field or MBA preferred
