You WILL make you numbers here as we have a wonderful suite of products and 
services backed up by a first rate infrastructure.


Functional Responsibilities: 
Rep is responsible for the development of relationships with new and existing 
customers and providing information to maximize sales volume. Rep is 
responsible for managing the sale of NetSec services and the on-going client 
relationship. Rep is responsible for developing and executing focused sales 
strategies across many vertical markets, proposal development, developing SOWs, 
and managing closure of contracts. Rep is responsible leveraging all solutions 
and resources to exceed customer value expectations and maintain high customer 
satisfaction and for ensuring that all projects are delivered to the 
satisfaction of the client and for exploring add-on business for each project. 
Develop and maintain relationships with CISO's and CIO's. Develop and execute a 
plan with the account team to broadly and deeply engage NetSec with customer 
executives on a consistent and on-going basis. Maintain sales discipline and 
leverage a well thought out opportunity and territory management plan 
 to rapidly develop territories into revenue contribution and rapidly move 
opportunities through the pipeline.  
Required Qualifications/Skills: 


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Minimum 5-7 years demonstrated sales experience with consistent track record of 
success. Managed Security and Professional Services experience required. Must 
have a broad understanding of customer's environments and be able to 
intelligently and strategically discuss NetSec service delivery capabilities as 
they relate to NetSec's services and client needs. Must have demonstrated sales 
leadership to include coaching and employee developing employees, sales 
opportunity management and successfully leading sales teams to meet or exceed 
team sales targets. CISSP a plus , but not requried.  
Preferred Qualifications/Skills: 
High School with a minimum of 10-years experience; or 2-yr Degree with a 
minimum of 5-7 years experience; or 4-yr Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years 
experience.  
Required Travel: Up to 25%
