Position: Security Product Marketing Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States
Type: Permanent F/T

Director, Enterprise Solutions Marketing
This role is responsible for leading the analysis, definition and
go-to-marketing planning for delivering Juniper Enterprise solutions, inclusive
of the full Juniper portfolio and extending to partner solutions and services.
The position will assess and quantify portfolio opportunities, lead a Solutions
Marketing team responsible for the development of marketing strategy, deliver
solutions requirements, go-to-market plans, positioning and messaging, and
technical and marketing materials for the enterprise market. Additionally, the
role requires support of partner and customer meetings, including both formal
presentation and open discussion of Juniper solutions.
This person will work cross functionally with product marketing,
field/programs, vertical segments, alliance marketing, and sales to identify
key trends, prioritize opportunities and drive overall marketing execution for
assigned solutions. Knowledge of enterprise trends, drivers and requirements as
they relate to the JNPR portfolio of network infrastructure, security and
application performance solutions required. Must bring strong skills in market
analysis and specification of customer requirements, go-to-market planning,
market positioning and messaging, and the development of technical and
marketing material for enterprise accounts. Must be a self-starter with
excellent presentation and written communication skills, including prior
experience presenting to customers and in public forums.
The position is responsible for leading a team of Solution Managers and as such
must have a track record of building and inspiring high performing teams. As a
critical leadership position this individual must possess the ability to build
strong relationships across the cross functional leadership of Juniper and
expect to be actively sought out for domain and subject matter expertise.

Skills
• Knowledge and experience in understanding enterprise trends, drivers

infrastructure, security and application performance solutions required
• Must bring strong skills in market analysis and specification of
customer requirements, go-to-market planning, market positioning and messaging,
and the development of technical and marketing material for enterprise accounts
• Must be a self-starter with excellent presentation and written
communication skills with prior experience presenting to customers and in
public forums
• Comfortable leading and working in virtual teams
• Prior experience in marketing role in enterprise security/networking or
applications with a vendor, SI or VAR
• Proven team management and leadership skills

in the Bay Area.
