This position encompasses sales engineering, project management, integration engineering and customer support responsibilities. The Channel Systems Engineer is engaged with the customer from the point of pre-sales evaluation through all technical processes until the purchase order is received. The Channel Systems Engineer is responsible for customer satisfaction throughout the process and must have a passion for ensuring our customers are delighted. The Channel Systems Engineer will routinely handle Tier 1 customer issues that arise. Unusual failures and custom function requests are escalated to Customer Care.
