Mission Critical Systems is hiring a full-time sales position for the South 
Florida area. The candidate will be responsible for selling Network Security 
products to mid-sized and enterprise organizations. 

Mission Critical Systems is well established and widely recognized. Our focus 
is on best of breed security products with the technical prowess to recommend, 
implement and support the products we sell. Our key product lines include Check 
Point firewalls, RSA strong authentication solutions, Nokia firewall platforms, 
and ISS intrusion prevention solutions. 

We offer an aggressive compensation plan with accelerators designed to reward 
progress and success. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Calling on existing and new accounts within the South Florida area 

- Generating leads from cold calling, speaking engagements and networking 

- Doing on-site sales presentations and demonstrations of the solutions 

- Taking advantage of training and learning opportunities to offer valuable 
consultative advice to customers 

- Generating sales pipelines to achieve quota 

- Contributing product feedback to Mission Critical Systems management 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

- 2+ years software sales experience. Selling Network Security or Computer 
software to medium and enterprise accounts is a plus 

- Successful Sales Track Record with specifics on quota achievement, clients 
and deal sizes in the range of $100K+ 

- Computer literate in terms of standard Microsoft Office applications and 
familiarity with network infrastructure 

PERSONAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: 

- Must be a self-starter, positive outlook, and have a high level of enthusiasm 

- Ability to function in an independent environment without the need to be 
managed closely on a daily basis 

- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic 

- Focused in defining a goal and seeing it through; Results-oriented, strong 
execution and planning skills 

- Superior interpersonal/customer relations skills 

- Excellent presentation skills 

- Quick learner - ability to understand complex subject matter quickly
