What will you be doing:
======================
* Using your thorough knowledge of: (a) Identity and access management (IAM)
concepts and framework (b) Exposure to IAM tools such as (but not limited to)
IBM TIM/TAM, BMC WAM/Control-SA (c) strong knowledge of LDAP concepts,
implementations, and migrations/upgrade (d) Knowledge of Firewalls, IDS/IPS,
encryption tools and other security tools/technology stack (e) security
standards, guidelines and best practices including B2B/B2C and federated
identity management best
* Serve consultative resource to IT staff by performing or assisting with
system design in areas such as infrastructure, security, operations,
integration, execution and network, often spanning multiple heterogeneous
platforms, and particularly as these designs apply to new business drivers such
as eCommerce and other Web Technologies. Also performs or assists in problem
resolution, recommending alternative techniques and providing training and
guidance related to primary areas of responsibility and emerging technologies.
* Develop, coordinate and manage projects and project plans for development;
develop proposals and delivery tasks/issues.
* Technical and business writing; including formal/informal oral presentation;
Standards development.
* Functions as an Enterprise Applications integration specialist for
interoperability design and problem resolution related to business applications
and related middleware components.
* Performance monitoring, capacity planning, system tuning, availability
planning;
* Design and implement next generation web and multi-tier solutions for new
applications and existing web-based and client-server application with minimal
assistance.
* Select, evaluate and recommend third-party software solutions for business
problems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications Required:
========================
This position requires a BA/BS in computer science or related IT field or a
certification from technical school plus 8 years experience, OR equivalent
experience.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in high-level systems and/or applications
and/or network design, development and tuning, as well as with database design
and access, and familiarity with networking fundamentals.
Knowledge of system analysis and design methodologies and tools, and experience
with large and complex systems.
Experience with multi-system/platform program integration.
Experience in all and demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following:
logical and physical applications design; technical documentation; full-cycle
system development; networking; security; web and/or web application server
administration; NT, Unix, and/or mainframe systems administration; RDBMS;
Web-enabling applications; Java technologies (EJB, JSP, servlet).
Preferred: Ability to work collaboratively with architects, network engineers,
database administrators/designer, and other IT infrastructure stakeholders to
deliver and improve company's security infrastructure capabilities. Ability to
understand, design and lead infrastructure projects and follow through to the
construction/implementation. Ability to analyze new and existing security tools
and technologies, help with creating recommendation for security tools and
technology, design scalable and reliable infrastructure, lead efforts like
proof of technology (PoT) & proof of concept (POC) and provide guidance and
technical subject matter expertise all the way through actual implementation.
Function as a security technical lead with respect to security tools and
technology infrastructure.
Technical skills:
================
Proven track record of designing and delivering security infrastructure for
medium to large organizations.
The following are considered as plus: (a) Prior experience with designing and
implementing IAM toolset (b) Knowledge of BMC and IBM IAM security
products/tools is a plus. (c) Internet/Web systems security, including SOA/Web
service security. (d) Security certifications. (e) Knowledge of health care
insurance security requirements and best practices
