Securicon, LLC has an immediate opening for a Security Analyst position in the 
Arlington, Virginia area. The successful candidate will support the Department 
of Homeland Security (DHS) US-CERT Operations Center in coordinating defense 
against and responding to cyber attacks against our nation’s critical 
infrastructures (regular workday hours).

The position will reside in the US-CERT Operations Center and will involve 
facilitating the US-CERT capability to coordinate control systems incident 
management, provide timely situational awareness information for control 
systems, and manage control systems cyber vulnerability and risk reduction 
activities. The successful candidate will work in an operational environment 
(the US-CERT), establish relationships with control system community 
participants, and communicate with control system community contacts in 
response to real-world events.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

•  Top Secret Clearance (strong Secret Clearance candidates capable of 
obtaining TS considered).
•  Experience working in a Security Operations Center or equivalent.
•  Strong Computer/Network Security background.
•  Strong Writing and Presentation Skills.
•  Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
•  Ability to work well in a team setting.
Preferred: 
•  Incident Analysis experience.
•  Industry Certifications a plus.
•  Degree in MIS or related field.
•  Control systems experience - training will be provided to candidate 
with strong security operations center experience.
