Cyber Security Consultant – Control Systems
<i>UK – Europe</i>
<p>
We are seeking a highly motivated Security Consultant to support the rapid
growth of our cyber security products and services in the European market. In
this dual role balancing both a technology and customer-focus, you will
collaborate with our sales team in assessing customer technical needs and
deploying our state-of-art cyber security solutions at key customer sites.
Focusing on real-time mission critical industries in the area of securing
SCADA, DCS and other process control systems, you will be on the leading edge
of a critical and fast moving market.
<p>
<b>Job Responsibilities:</b><ul>
<li>Provide technical consulting and needs assessment to determine customer
cyber security vulnerabilities and solution needs.
<li>Install, implement and provide overall project management of our Industrial
Defender product at customer sites.
<li>Optimize our customer network security by providing ongoing performance
assessments with our Reliability Assurances Services, ensuring peak performance
of customer networks.
<li>Collaborate with our sales team to provide technical support in the pursuit
of new business opportunities, including proposal preparation.
<li>Provide general technical support to clients for queries involving our
product offerings.
<li>Provide technical training to our customers and partner companies.
<li>Maintain current knowledge of new security technologies and solutions.</ul>
JOB REQUIREMENTS

<b>Requirements: </b><ul>
<li>5+ years of SCADA/Process Control or IT security experience in a networking
and systems security capacity
<li>Experience with DCS, PLC, SCADA, networking and UNIX system administration;
familiarity with Emerson, Siemens & ABB systems is a plus
<li>Strong working knowledge of networking and TCP/IP
<li>Proven success in implementing effective processes and solutions to network
and security problems
<li>Good working knowledge of administering and deploying hardware firewalls
and intrusion detection appliances
<li>Advanced programming skills with good knowledge of UNIX/Linux/Windows
<li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with ability to manage
multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
<li>Excellent client problem-solving and project management skills
<li>Self-directed and motivated, with ability to work independently, as well as
collaboratively in a team environment
<li>Fluency in English language oral and written communications; additional
languages a plus
<li>Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other
Security certification is a plus
<li>Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50%
<li>Ideal location in close proximity to a major transportation centre.</ul>
