Position: Sr. Security Engineer

This role reports to an exceptionally talented Director of Corporate Security
who in turn reports directly to the CEO. You will work in a fast paced
environment where billions of dollars in on-line transactions are processed
monthly by an organization that provides access to over 100,000 users on their
systems. On a personal level, individuals we have placed with this client in
the past have seen tremendous opportunities for personal and professional
growth. Details of the position include following: Create and maintain security
architecture, coordinate related activities between application, data, system
and network architects; Create and maintain central enterprise directory
schema, roles, and other security attributes; Support authentication security
product, and related activities for IAM projects; Conduct internal reviews on a
periodic basis to measure compliance with policy, assist in external
audits\assessments; Research, evaluate, and prepare projects plans related to
federated identity and related standards; Prepare identities related
management reports and presentations; Maintain and update documents and
procedures related to IAM project; Work with product managers to ensure that
all products are in compliance with IAM solution requirements; Assist in
establishing Enterprise security infrastructure components like IAM; Active
participation in all projects for security requirements, and CSIRT activities;
Provide 24x7 support; Lead security domain in the Enterprise Architecture
framework; Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to establish conceptual
and design level security requirements; Collaborate with application
development teams, infrastructure architects, and security policy experts to
define an integrated framework of security policy, protection and business
enabling capabilities and provide the guidance necessary for consistent
implementation; Represent Security as a member of the Architecture scoring
process, and for chang
e control process; Collaborate closely with leaders from Infrastructure,
Application Development, Legal, HR, Privacy, front office and back-office
operations and the product teams in the design and implementation of the
Security roadmap; Contribute towards the development of security standards,
procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse systems
environments (e.g., corporate, distributed, client server systems, and
e-applications); Provide risk mitigation steps and security controls for risk
assessments of partners, service providers, applications and technologies;
Review the development, testing and implementation of security plans, products
and controls; Investigate and recommend appropriate corrective actions for
information security incidents; Assist in the designs and implementation of
state-of-the-art security services; Provide state-of-the-art technical
experience and support to in-house developers to apply appropriate information
security procedures
and products; Provide technical experience and support to client and
Information Technology (IT) management and staffs in risk assessments and the
implementation of appropriate information security procedures and products.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

A BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field is preferred to accompany at
least 8 years of hands-on experience in IT where your most recent experience
includes enterprise level Identity and Access Management (i.e. Sun Identity
Management, RSA Cleartrust, Siteminder, etc.) in a large organization where
Federated Identity and Authentication standards were being applied in a mixed
UNIX / Windows environment. You must demonstrate significant experience with
LDAP and other facets of Identity Management. You must demonstrate the ability
to architect the IAM solution covering identities from all internal
applications. Your specific hands-on technical must include LDAP, Identity
Server, Directory Services, Enterprise / Web Single Sign On. Additional
technical skills at the working knowledge level include XML, SOAP, SAML, SOA,
Web Services Security, J2EE security Architecture framework. You must have some
exposure with a middleware product (BEA Web Server, BEA Application Server, Su
n Application Server, etc.
