Securicon, LLC has an immediate opening for a Control Systems Security Analyst 
position in the Arlington, Virginia supporting the Department of Homeland 
Security (DHS) National Cyber Security Division (NCSD) Control Systems Security 
Program (CSSP). The CSSP coordinates efforts among federal, state, and local 
governments, as well as control system owners, operators, and vendors to 
improve control system security within and across all critical infrastructure 
sectors by reducing control systems cyber security vulnerabilities and risk. 

Control systems, which consist of computers, process control equipment, and 
process interface systems, monitor and manage our nation’s most critical 
infrastructure processes, such as electricity generation, transmission and 
distribution; natural gas production and distribution; petroleum products 
refining; transportation systems monitoring and control, water supply; 
wastewater treatment; chemical processing; discrete manufacturing; and numerous 
other critical functions.

The position involves supporting the CSSP in all aspects of managing and 
executing national level strategic (with some operational) programs and 
activities focused on securing the nation’s control systems.



JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
•  Performing CSSP Program Management Office (PMO) support activities and 
functions.
•  Assisting with development of plans, programs and policies.
•  Facilitating and coordinating interactions and information sharing with 
other federal entities, control systems owners/operators, control systems 
vendors, academia, researchers and recognized subject mater experts.
•  Interacting with law enforcement and national intelligence entities on 
cyber security issues and events related to control systems.
•  Performing control systems cyber security operational risk management 
activities including maintaining national level control systems cyber security 
situational awareness.
•   Providing control systems cyber security subject matter expert support 
in managing control systems threats, incidents and vulnerabilities.
•  Assisting with national, state and local cyber security exercises.
•  Providing input/feedback to research and development entities with 
emphasis on improving the nations control systems cyber security posture.

Requirements – Must Have: 
•  Secret Clearance (capable of obtaining Top Secret and SCI)..
•  B.S. Degree or equivalent experience.
•  Experience supporting program management office functions or equivalent.
•  Control systems experience/knowledge (Note: control systems training 
would be provided to strong candidate with minimal control systems knowledge).
•  Strong information security/cyber security background.
•  Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
•  Strong Writing and Presentation Skills.
•  Ability to work well in a team setting.

Preferred: 
•  Top Secret Clearance (capable of obtaining SCI)
•  Control systems experience/knowledge; particularly control systems 
cyber security knowledge.
•  Masters Degree or equivalent experience (computer/engineering related 
preferred)
•  Industry Certifications a plus.
