This award-winning security and compliance technology firm is looking for a 
National Director, Channels and Alliances based in San Diego.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

-Managing and growing the partner program with a focus on increasing the 
distribution and sales of the company’s products. 
- Recruit and motivate a roster of 50 - 100 VARs and resellers to maximize 
their effectiveness in selling their products.  
- Recruit technology and business alliance partners in support of their 
products and go-to-market strategies.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
We are looking for someone with:

- 10 years technology industry with 3-5 in security technology.
- 3-5 years with Channel, SI, VAR or Corporate Reseller Organizations.
- Expert knowledge in the field of channel partner marketing and business 
development.
- Active security channel partner relationships nationally.

Compensation will be $130-140K base, $30+ incentive plus equity
