Overview:
StillSecure has recently signed several OEM deals involving large sales
organizations selling products based upon StillSecure’s network security
solutions. We are seeking an experienced, sales oriented, Account Manager to
join our growing business development team. The OEM Account Manager position
will be a crucial role in monetizing these OEM relationships and can contribute
substantially to the revenue goals of StillSecure.
The Account Manager will manage the relationship between major OEM partners and
our organization. The Account Manager will have daily interaction with the
sales, sales engineering, marketing and product management departments at our
OEM partners. The Account Manager will have deep and expert knowledge of our
partners’ businesses, their procedures and practices, their sales
organizations, their distribution channels, and expert knowledge of the
StillSecure product line and organization. The Account Manager will be
responsible for ensuring the success of the OEM’s sales organization in
selling the StillSecure OEM products. They will work closely with the
StillSecure business development organization in ensuring the partnership is
successful in all aspects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
• Ideal candidate will have clear and demonstrated skills in sales,
revenue plan attainment and sales training.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex network security technology and build
solid relationships with partners, channels and assigned client base
• Strong analytical, research, and problem solving skills to deal with
customized and innovative solutions for customers and partners.
• Ideal candidate will have experience and success working with and
managing multi-tier distribution channels in the software/hardware industry
• Must be highly detailed oriented in order to successfully scale a one
to many relationship between the Account Manager and the partner’s sales
force.
As developing partner/client relationships are an essential function of the
job, the OEM Account Manager will demonstrate:
• Sophisticated relationship management skills to prospect and uncover
new opportunities and possesses strong interpersonal communication skills to
interface with partners and their channels and customers
• Employ creativity with sales process and applications and be
comfortable in a complex selling environment that requires strategic solution
and consultative selling skills
• Be able to successfully close business by promoting our current
solutions while conveying the vision and viability of the company
• Ability to present complex technical solutions to partners and clients.
• PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills are a must, Salesforce experience a
plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills. Strong written and
verbal communication skills.
• Will require at least 50% travel to partner sites and potential
customers, primarily in North America, but some international travel may be
necessary.
