Director of Enterprise Services – Southern Ohio 
Certified Security Solutions, Inc. (CSS) is a Seattle-based company with 
offices throughout the United States. CSS is expanding and currently seeking a 
Director of Enterprise Services (DES) based in Cincinnati covering Southern 
Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana. This position requires excellent 
enterprise level business development skills, relationship building skills and 
problem solving capabilities.  The DES is responsible for driving services 
revenue through new prospects, partners and an established client base.
The sole focus of this position will be on security-related solutions for the 
assigned territory.  The candidate must have the ability to translate business 
needs with executive management into complex security solutions.  
Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
•  Developing and managing client engagement strategy for assigned 
territory. 
•  Generating sales revenue to achieve annual revenue and profit goal.
•  Acquiring new prospects through research, direct contact, 
seminars/presentations, partners and networking within industry functions. 
•  Calling on prospective clients to describe CSS solutions emphasizing 
the unique value CSS brings to the market. Work with skilled technical 
consultants to problem solve and develop unique solutions for complex 
environments. Performing to meet and/or exceed established objectives in 
designated market segment. 
•  Documenting details of interaction with clients. Helping to develop and 
promote new services offerings. 
•  Building, tracking, and closing business from a self established 
pipeline to support quota requirements. Utilizing Forecast and Pipeline Reports 
within corporate CRM, to report status of revenue related activities. 
•  Proposal creation and delivery.
•  Management of strategic accounts. 



JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Minimum Qualifications: 
•  5-7 years' prior experience in an enterprise services or solution sales 
position, preferably selling solutions in the enterprise information security 
industry. 
•  Four year college degree.
•  Proven track record of new account development and management. 
•  Significant IT and Security industry contacts in the assigned 
territory. 
•  Prior experience or proven ability to handle complicated, solution 
based sales cycles. 
•  Solid understanding of information security industry concepts, 
technology, trends and future direction. 
•  Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, presentation, 
persuasion, listening, proposal, etc.)
