Position: Developer
Location: Boca Raton, Florida, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2006-11-18
This position reports to the Senior Web Developer and is responsible for a
variety of tasks related to BSN's multi-media marketing objectives.
Shoot and edit video for telecast and Web cast
Develop and maintain BSN multi-media marketing tools including but not limited
to Web sites, videos and audio
Front end duties including HTML authoring, JavaScript coding and Flash
development
Creation of new pages from Photoshop comps
Modification of existing HTML pages
Creation of hybrid Flash/HTML infrastructures that optimize Web search engine
ratings
Cup up graphics and optimize for the Web
Analyze trends in technology and health & fitness (e.g. competitors'
strategies) to increase sales and site analytics.
Maximize paid/natural search traffic and order conversion while meeting cost
per acquisition targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

BS in related field.
MUST HAVE:
Flash (mostly animation but some basic actionscript would be a plus)
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Photoshop (good design skills)
Basic Video editing in Premiere or Final Cut
Basic PHP MySQL
PLUSES:
Advanced PHP MySQL (shopping carts, content management systems etc)
Advanced Video Editing (After Effects, Motion, 3D Studio Max)
SEO
Email Marketing knowledge.
