JOB DESCRIPTION

Position:       Security Engineer
Location:       Broomfield, Colorado, United States
Type:           Permanent F/T

Closing Date:   2006-10-23

Position will be responsible for the understanding, maintaining and providing 
overall security solutions for Level 3 internal and production networks.   The 
candidate will be required to provide a cost effective and flexible network 
security infrastructure model that can quickly adapt to current and evolving 
threats.  Position will rely heavily on open source security tools that can be 
integrated into the Level 3 security infrastructure model.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
-       3+ years experience in IP networking environments ; specific emphasis 
on routing (OSPF, BGP, etc), client/server relationships, etc
                 3+ years of unix/linux experience
-       3+ years experience in Threat prediction and prevention techniques; 
risk analysis and methodologies
                 Excellent stakeholder skills required
