Position: Security Architect
Location: Broomfield, Colorado, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2006-10-23
Position will be responsible for the design and architecture of Level 3’s
Global Network and Application Security Program. The candidate will be
required to provide a cost effective and flexible security infrastructure model
that can quickly adapt to current and evolving threats. This position rely
upon a deep understanding of how infrastructure interoperates and the threat
and risk models that need to be applied to properly protect that
infrastructure, while still enabling the business to function quickly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
5+ years experience in IP networking environments ; specific emphasis
on routing (OSPF, BGP, etc), client/server relationships, etc
- 3+ years experience in Operating system security ; Solaris, Windows,
Linux
- 3+ years experience in Threat prediction and prevention techniques;
risk analysis and methodologies
Excellent stakeholder skills required
