of network activity enabling organizations to better align network operations
with business objectives.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Networking Test Tool Developer to
join our top-notch team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. As a member of our QA and
Development team you will epitomize the "First Customer" and evaluate the
overall quality of our infrastructure security and intelligent network
management solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:
Develops and uses testing tools to test operation of networking appliance in
network security space
Works with Development and other QA team members to assure the highest possible
product quality
Tests integrated Hardware and Software products in the network security space
Required Skills:
Advanced Experience in Python or Perl
Experience in C/C++
Experience with Unix/Linux administration and use
Experience in the development of customized tools
Experience in using Automated Testing tools (e.g. QTP, Mercury Interactive,
etc.)
Understanding of basic networking and network protocols
Use of network analysis tools, such as network packet sniffers
Use of Windows Operating System and Windows applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
Experience testing firewalls, IDS’s, IPS’s or similar
security-focused devices
Operation experience at a large ISP
Configuration of routers and switches
Experience with TCP/IP traffic generation equipment
Knowledge of network security vulnerabilities and resolutions
Experience creating and executing product test plans
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or
equivalent
