Position: Quality Assurance

vulnerabilities like peering issues and routing instability. Built upon the

of network activity enabling organizations to better align network operations
with business objectives.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Networking Quality Assurance
Tester to join our top-notch team in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
As a member of our QA and Development team you will epitomize the "First
Customer" and evaluate the overall quality of our infrastructure security and
intelligent network management solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:
Creates and execute product test plans
Works with Development and other QA team members to assure the highest possible
product quality
Tests integrated Hardware and Software products in the network security space
Required Skills:
Experience with Unix/Linux administration and use
Preparation of written test plans
Experience testing firewalls, IDS’s, IPS’s or similar
security-focused devices
Understanding of basic networking and network protocols
Use of network analysis tools, such as network packet sniffers
Use of Windows Operating System and Windows applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
Experience in developing in scripting languages, such as Python or Perl
Operation experience at a large ISP
Configuration of routers and switches
Experience with TCP/IP traffic generation equipment
Knowledge of network security vulnerabilities and resolution
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or
equivalent.
