Group Information Security Officer
Citigroup's Technology Infrastructure organization provides worldwide support
to Citigroup businesses in the areas of network & telecommunications support,
systems and application services, and data center operations. With a global
network spanning more than 100 countries, Citigroup Technology Infrastructure
provides Citigroup internal business clients with local and cross-border
technology infrastructure services and integrated reporting and management of
their networks and data centers.
CTI Global Information Security is the Information Security Compliance
organization for CTI.
Group Information Security Officer (GISO) position in CTI reporting to the
Senior GISO for CTI.
This is a management and leadership position within the CTI Global Information
Security (GIS) organization. The candidate must have 3 to 5 years experience in
the area of compliance, controls and/or Information Security. Personal
leaderhip and communications skills are a must. Experience and a working
knowledge of Citigroup's Information Security Standards (CISS) is required.
Although this position is based in North America, knowledge and experience with
Citigroup's global Regions is a plus. This individual will have personal
interaction with the senior managers within the CTI organization.
This individual will manage and lead a group of 4 to 6 Business Information
Security Officers (BISO's) in support of CTI functionally aligned groups in
North America.One of these areas is the Global Engineering area. Strong
technical Information Security skills on the part of this individual will give
him/her credibility with the Engineerings areas supported.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

*3 to 5 years experience in the area of Information Security Policy and Program
Management.
*Strong knowledge of IS policy compliance procedures.
*Able to work at multiple levels within the organization up to the level of
senior management.
*Very strong interpersonal and communications skills
