opportunity.

TITLE:          Sr. Security Administrator for AIS
LOCATION:               Baltimore, MD area
SALARY:                 $80K-$100K

Our client is a global defense contractor headquartered in MD and named a top 
ten place to work in Baltimore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Incumbent will serve as corporate Automated Information Security Specialist 
(AIS) for all computer systems and LANs processing classified information 
within the company. Assist program managers in determining the security 
requirements for classified Department of Defense programs and the most 
efficient means to meet those requirements.  As needed, provide dedicated 
support to security –intensive programs (Special Access Programs). Assist 
proposal managers with development of security related Contract Data 
Requirements Lists for classified contractual efforts. Conduct security 
awareness and training seminars for company employees. 




JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Individual must possess in-depth working knowledge of the NISPOM and associated 
Supplements, with particular focus on AIS. Must have excellent written and 
verbal presentation skills. Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a TOP 
SECRET security clearance and special access clearances issued under DCID 1/13 
requirements.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline. 10 
years of security administration experience, with at least 5 years in the DoD 
contractor environment preferred. Professional security certifications, i.e., 
Facility Security Officer, COMSEC Custodian, Contractor Special Security 
Officer, Computer Security Specialist) a plus.
