Must have qualifications
• Demonstrated success in leading a software testing effort for a
commercial software product.
• Demonstrated ability to set, execute and achieve quality goals for
commercial software product
• Experience in developing or testing large (preferably distributed)
systems
• Demonstrated success in being a manager of managers (including
selection, coaching, mentoring, performance management of managers)
• Demonstrated success in prioritizing, managing and keeping focus on
multiple projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferred qualifications
• Experience in developing networking (LAN or WAN) products
• Experience in network operations
• Experience in developing security products
• Experience as a Security Engineer
• Experience in a startup or rapid time-to-market development environment
• Success as a change agent for process improvements
• Experience developing or leading test tool, test bed or simulator
development
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead test planning and execution for all Arbor Networks products.
Balance prioritization of various products.
• Lead team to build test tools, simulator and networking and testing
infrastructure.
• Coordinate QA activities with product management, development and
operational support
• Manage test team including select, hire, grow and performance
management. Coach and mentor managers to manage their teams.
• Ensure test execution visibility by proposing, implementing and
tracking metrics and quality standards. Adjust test effort where necessary.
• Utilize superior change management skills to propose and implement key
process improvement and adoption of best practices.
