Position: Instructor
Location: North Canton, Ohio, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2006-10-09
Full Time position leads new program that focuses in: Homeland Security,
Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Criminal Justice, and Corporate Security
Administration. Position reports to the Department Chair of Information
Technology. Prepare and deliver day and evening courses in the Cyber Security
and Computer Forensics program in area of expertise and assist with other
computer/criminal justice related courses. Participate in departmental,
committee, and college activities. Modify courses to reflect current industry
and program use; advise students; and market this academic program to local
high schools, business, industry, and government. Create a national advisory
committee in the above areas to ensure academic program relevance at a national
level.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Bachelor degree with 5 plus years experience in either computer forensics,
criminal justice, or network security. Advanced degree a plus. Candidate may
have one or more of the following certifications: Security+, CISSP, CCE, CCSP,
CFE, CNSS Information Security Professional, CNSS Information Systems Security
Officer, CNSS Systems Certifier, or CNSS Administration in Information Systems
Security. Experience in one of the following areas is a plus: Homeland
Security, Computer Forensic Analysis, Cyber Forensics Policies, or Corporate
Data Security.
