Identify and develop new sales opportunities in existing and new clients. Manage consultants during engagements. Manage consultants’ professional development. Promote Foundstone in the public via articles, presentations, and press releases. JOB REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------- Responsibilities •As team leader, manage and perform network assessments and other client work related to Foundstone’s professional services offerings; analyze the results of engagements to determine systemic findings, deliver analysis to clients. •Identify and develop new clients and professional services engagements. •Maintain technical proficiency, sharing knowledge throughout the firm through tool development, template enhancements and methodology enhancements. Identify and implement improvements in existing processes and procedures. •Mentor consultants and peers in new techniques, tools and other job skills. Manage the professional development of consultants. •Teach Foundstone’s training courses; update and create course content.
