Position: Management
Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2006-09-24
Duties:
- Manage a first-rate team of Security Engineers in the US to create security
content for our client's Intrusion Detection and Prevention products.
- Meet or Exceed predetermined coverage, accuracy and responsiveness objectives.
- Implement and improve current signature development processes.
- Contribute to cross-functional team in working closely with Product Line
Managers, Development, QA, and Customer Services relating to our client's
Intrusion Detection and Prevention products.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with various vendors, research partners
and consortiums related to the signature development process.
- Work with product management and engineering teams on future development of
the security products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- 5 Plus years of information security team management experience
- 8 Plus years of information security experience with increasing level of
responsibility.
- Proven accomplishment track record Strong preference to experienced managers
of security research teams
- Ability and experience in working with a fast-pace/high-stress team
