Job Title :     Process Development Analyst
Location :      San Antonio, TX, USA


Duties :
This role will identify and document key technical and administrative tasks 
required for efficient and predictable Nerve Center operations with and initial 
focus on Enterprise Security Manager, then extending to other areas of the 
operation, including business operations. This role creates, develops, plans, 
writes and edits operational, instructional, or maintenance procedures for 
paper, or web-based publication. Additional responsibilities include:

* Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for 
documentation. 
* Researches and translates technical information into manuals and/or web-based 
documents for end users. 
* Recommends formats responsive to technical and customer requirements. 
* Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation templates. 
* Will support  analysts with providing recommendations on writing styles to 
enhance all reports and communications from the operations center.




JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Requirements :
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Communications, Journalism or 
equivalent experience. 

* 2-4 years demonstrated experience as a technical writer. 

* Understanding of identified operating system platforms; knowledge of routers, 
network protocols, and firewall architecture 

* Very clear, comprehensive and detailed technical writing skills. Must be able 
to focus on the technical aspects of the job while at the same time making the 
process readable. 

* Must be fluent in creation of written and on-line documentation including; 
html, java, php 

* Multi-disciplinary focus; both technological skills and information 
communication skills are vital. 

* Self starter. Must be capable of high volumes of high quality documentation 
with little supervision
