An exciting opportunity exists with our client, for a talented Technical 
Support Engineer, in Fredericton, NB.  As a part of the Customer Solutions 
Delivery team, you will provide solution design, implementation and support 
services for networking security solutions.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Required for this position, is:

- 5+ years of network security solutions experience. 
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- A successful track record in developing and managing client relationships, 
and a passion for customer care and customer satisfaction. 
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructures (LANS, WANS) in a Linux/Unix 
environment. 
- Experience with a broad range of networks scale and multi vendors technology. 
- Strong knowledge of network hardware and software configuration, with the 
ability to scope the problems and issues that are specific to large enterprise 
networks.
- A strong knowledge of network security management tools, issues, policies and 
procedures, particularly as they relate to business rules.
- Ability to anticipate the effects of network security issues and trends.
- Software programming skills: C/C++/Perl and other scripting languages.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple 
complexes projects and timelines simultaneously. 
- Ability to pay a high degree of attention to quality, detail, and accuracy 
along with the ability to meet deadlines and project milestones.
- Ability to write effective memos, reports and documentation.
- Independent, proactive and an excellent team player.

This is a full-time position, and there will be minimal travel to client sites 
in the USA and around the world, and as such, overtime will be required.
