Job Title :Nerve Center Manager, req#58015
Location :San Antonio, TX, USA
Directs and/or leads daily operations of a Global Nerve Center the most complex
consulting projects. This management level is distinguished from other levels
by the overall project management knowledge and skills and ability to address
broad design issues from a strategic perspective.
Daily operations of Remote Nerve Center staff and interaction with Security
Compliance Manager, Proactive Threat Analysis team manager and MSS SOC
Management team to enable close team cooperation. Also responsible for Nerve
Center Infrastructure operation and management. Evaluate factors and exercises
critical independent judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in
selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Manage multiple projects of a complex nature, developing customized
deliverables for clients. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques
and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. May act as a team lead on large
consulting and operational projects.
Extensive hours and limited travel required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM
or CISA desirable.
8-10 years demonstrated experience in a consulting/ operational environment.
Expert knowledge of system architecture, total security solutions, and internet
protocols and applications. Experience configuring and implementing technical
security solutions (firewalls and intrusion detection systems). Excellent
customer interface skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent Project management skills.
