Job Title :SCC Team Manager
Location :San Antonio, TX, USA
Directs and/or leads the most complex consulting projects. This manager must
have the ability to work with and manage the most highly skilled and
knowledgeable security consultants in the overall program. This person is
distinguished from other levels by the overall project management knowledge and
skills and ability to address broad design issues from a strategic perspective.
Evaluate factors and exercises critical independent judgment within broadly
defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation
criteria for obtaining results. Actively encourages and supports independent
out of the box thinking by their team members. Provides critical input and/or
leads new directions in Security Compliance Measurements, Reporting and
Metrics. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation
criteria for obtaining results. Will be responsible for defining and managing
database solution development and administration associated with the SCC
Limited travel required. Extended work hours and weekend work required
occasionally
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM
or CISA desirable.
8-10+ years demonstrated experience in a security/consulting environment.
Expert knowledge of security compliance measurement, monitoring, implementation
and reporting in highly complex outsourced international environments Excellent
written and analytical skills required. Excellent customer interface skills.
Excellent Project management skills.
