Position: Security Engineer
Location: Reston, Virginia, United States
Type: Contract
Closing Date: 2006-09-14
The PKI Engineer will provide technical assistance for the configuration or
modification of existing customer systems and applications to accept Entrust
PKI credentials for the purposes of user authentication, application of digital
signatures or implementation of cryptographic capabilities.
The PKI Engineer will coordinate with system owners, certification and
accreditation teams, and policy teams and will assist system owners with:
• Technical and policy requirements,
• Identification of requirements and constraints,
• Enablement strategy,
• Step-by-step enabling procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
• Ten years of technical experience
• At least two years of hands-on PKI experience, including one year of
demonstrated experience with Entrust PKI products to enable windows and
web-based applications to use PKI services.
Technology Requirements:
• Entrust applications
• Smart card technologies, preferable Actidentity Card Management Systems
• Strong Web-development experience (Java/C++) on Windows platforms
• Microsoft cryptographic tools (e.g., CAPI)
