Position: Technology Risk Consultant

Job Description
The Business Analyst position has a heavy Client Relationship focus to ensure
full awareness of client business workflow, strategy, issues, requirements,
tools, etc. The position requires the ability to thoroughly understand the
business requirements, the knowledge and capability to understand technology,
and document technical requirements.
The Business Analyst will perform analysis of business and system solutions and
enhancements requiring knowledge of the software development life cycle
workflow, Business Strategy, technology enhancements required, and applicable
technology improvements/products. Will work closely with developers to ensure
accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
Will work with project managers and developers on compliance activities.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of the issues and follow up on
actions to closure; develop status reports.
RESPONSIBLIITES:
Liaison between IT and the business. Coordinates client meetings with
Development and Engineering to ensure Technology team takes a Client
Relationship role.
Participates in project planning activities including defining detailed project
tasks
Works closely with key users and technical colleagues to define business and
systems requirements.
Creates Functional Specifications.
Performs gap analysis of specific systems against user requirements.
Researches requests concerning application issues and/or enhancements.
Designs business and system solutions to meet user requirements (both packaged
and custom systems).
Documents detailed requirements
Documents and maintains business process models
Creates test plans, test scenarios, and expected results.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

The opening requires strong knowledge of Operational Risk in addition to the
above skills.
Need 1 or 2 business Analysts. They need someone from a large Enterprise
environment. Managing Reqs, dealing with the customers and end users, someone
with exp with structured process load diagrams, structured req writing.
Someone who understands SDLC. Rational Rose and Visio are needed.
