Recruiter/Account Manager

Recruiter/Account Manager
Opportunity with Staffing firm that addresses the recruitment needs of High
Tech companies primarily in the Security and Intrusion Detection space. We
need an additional team member with strong client relations skills and the
ability to work independently on multiple projects. Successful candidate will
be resourceful with various database tools and have strong communication
skills. This role requires development of current accounts, maintaining
positive relationships with hiring managers and effective full cycle
recruitment on active positions. We have excellent resources from which to
locate target candidates for our clients and seek a Success-Driven individual.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements: Past Recruiting experience required with a strong track record of
achieving goals; Experience within recruiting Agency preferred; Must be a
tenacious self starter who is results oriented and has a high level of
attention to customer satisfaction and follow through. Must be a confident
negotiator, and have strong ability to develop lasting client relationships
through high levels of customer service, integrity and enthusiasm for work.
Strong Ability to acquire Repeat and Referral business. This is a
multi-project environment; we need someone who is capable of being flexible
with priorities that change frequently. Ideal candidate is good-natured with a
positive 'Can-do' attitude and is highly motivated to be successful.
