JOB REQUIREMENTS

The Mission:

The Inside Sales role is for the person who possesses the following traits: 
energetic, proactive and goal-oriented.

Do you have these characteristics?

Our client wants an Inside Salesperson who not only has strong interpersonal 
and selling skills, but also brings to the table a track record of meeting 
quotas and customer satisfaction targets. You must be driven to succeed.

This role will respond to and qualify inbound sales inquiries as well as 
proactively contact, pre-qualified high value sales prospects. With a strong 
personality, you will successfully manage and overcome prospect objections, 
turning leads into deals.

You will manage the business pipeline and identify key milestones in the sales 
cycle. You are determined to exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.

A passion for learning about the open source community, you will want to gain 
critical knowledge of the client’s products and keep up-to-date with 
industry trends and competition. The more information you know about the 
company and industry, the stronger you will be at the position.

Experience and Expertise:
You have years of experience in enterprise software solutions sales, preferably 
in storage software.

You have a history of meeting and oftentimes, exceeding quotas and goals.

An ability to plan and manage prospects, call structures and flow has enabled 
you to better qualify and successfully deal with objections and questions.

With a positive outlook, you thrive in a high-energy environment. You are a 
team player who possesses outstanding relationship building skills with a high 
degree of integrity.

Proficiency with business tools such as email, Internet and Outlook.

Sales training and experience with sales automation/ CRM systems are a plus.

BS/BA or equivalent is also beneficial.
