Position: Security Consultant

We are seeking Identity and Access Management Developers for one of the Top 4
consulting firms.
Position Level: Consultant
Experience : 4 yrs to 12 yrs
Location: Bangalore
Detail Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
· Support requirements gathering and analysis in an onsite only
or onsite/offshore delivery model
· Engage with client facing consulting teams and client teams
directly for knowledge transfer, system study and transitioning of delivery and
support for I&AM engagements to offshore locations
· Interfacing with onsite based technical architects, functional
architects and other client team members to understand the I&AM engagement,
functional specifications, conceptual design and technical architecture
· Provide technical mentoring and support on I&AM technology and
functionality to teams of developers playing the role of a technical architect
· Support functional design and be responsible for technical
design with teams of developers
· Function as technical lead in delivering the technical design,
build, test, environment set-up, deployment, support and run phases of I&AM
engagements using an onsite/offshore model
· Support the building of assets and capability development of
the I&AM domain
Relationships:
External Relationships: Technical Architects/Managers from Client-facing
consulting teams, other developers, India-based offshore teams/managers
Career Path:
Individuals will be able to deliver challenging client engagements. This
position will provide opportunities to expand their skills in the Identity and
Access Management domain and build a career as a security specialist. The
positions will allow the individuals to participate in end-to-end delivery of
I&AM solutions and leverage a methodology based structured approach to I&AM
delivery. The individual will have opportunities to re-skill on other I&AM
products and build capabilities across various other security domains. The
position provides the ability to build a career along a technical career path.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Summary:
Qualifications:
Education: B.E degree in Computer Sciences, Electronics or equivalent;
extensive experience and demonstration of required skills may be considered
substitutes for degreed education.
Work Experience: Ideal experience would include
· Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Designing, developing,
testing, deployment and application support of Identity and Access Management
solutions.
· Participation in conceptual and technical design of Java/J2EE
solutions and I&AM solutions
· Design and Development of security for applications using LDAP,
PKI, SSSL, JNDI, RSA BSAFE would provide an ideal background.
· Overall IT experience between 5-8 years
· 2-5 years of strong Java/J2EE design, development, testing and
application support experience
· at least 2 years of prior experience on any ONE of the I&AM
products which could include IBM Tivoli Identity Management, SunOne JES
Identity Management, Oracle Identity Management, CA Netegrity Identity
Management, RSA Cleartrust, Oblix Core ID solutions and Thor Xellarate
· 2-5 years of Identity and Access Management solutions
deployment, configuration, customization and support. This should include
integration with LDAP, deployment of web agents for access control,
configuration of authorization models, single sign-on configurations, build of
approval and provisioning workflows, deployment of provisioning adapters, SSL
Configuration, configuration of user management, self-service, password resets,
forgot password functionality
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
· Requirements gathering and analysis, conceptual architecture
design, functional specifications definition
· Technical lead abilities including mentoring of developers,
re-skilling developers, understanding technical architecture components, design
and transition to developers, provide SME support on I&AM solutions
· Java/J2EE design, development, testing and application support
experience across BEA Weblogic, IBM WebSphere, IIS, Apache, iPlanet, Tomcat and
other standard platforms
· Exposure to performance tuning, deployment architecture design,
design of development, testing, operations and production environments for
Java/J2EE and I&AM solutions
· In-depth knowledge of at least one I&AM product such as IBM
Tivoli Identity Management, SunOne Identity Management, Oracle Identity
Management, Oblix and Thor Xellarate solutions. In-depth knowledge of LDAP,
JNDI, PKI and related concepts
· Breadth of expertise should include directory, access
management, identity management and provisioning components of the product suite
· Demonstrate functional expertise on Authentication, Role-Based
Access Control, Two-factor authentication, User Management, Approval Workflows,
Self-Registration, Self-Service, Provisioning Adapters, LDAP, Identity
Synchronization, Password management, Single Sign-On, Auditing and Reporting
· Demonstrate aptitude for critical thinking.
· Demonstrate Good Written and Communications Skills with the
ability to articulate basic technical concepts to non-skilled individuals.
