Position: Director, Information Security
Location: New Castle, Delaware, United States
Type: Permanent F/T

The location of this position is flexible. It could potentially be at one of
several major CTI locations in the globe, i.e. Warren, NJ, London, Mexico City,
Budapest, Singapore, etc.
Citigroup's Technology Infrastructure organization provides worldwide support
to Citigroup businesses in the areas of network & telecommunications support,
systems and application services, and data center operations. With a global
network spanning more than 100 countries, Citigroup Technology Infrastructure
provides Citigroup internal business clients with local and cross-border
technology infrastructure services and integrated reporting and management of
their networks and data centers.
CTI Global Information Security Administration is part of the CTI Global
Operations team. We provide security administration services for mainframe and
distributed operating systems and applications, remote access, and encryption
utilized by all major business lines across all regions.
You will lead the team of security administration technical experts supporting
CTI Global Information Security Administration. This team will be responsible
for providing technical advice to all CTI ISA units and customers. In this
role, you will identify those subject matter experts in the current regional
ISA teams and build a global virtual team, thus maintaining key individuals and
skills within the ISA domain. You will also be responsible for driving
automation efforts to streamline work done by the processing centers, as well
as creating a support team for the Virtual Security Request tool.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

*Experience in managing a group of at least 50 FTE
*Sound leadership and motivational skills
Ability to manage remote teams
*In-depth technical knowledge on a variety of platforms, i.e., mainframes, NT,
UNIX, Wintel, Tandem, Vax, AS/400, etc.
*Strong knowledge of Information Security standards and practices
*Excellent reporting and quantitative skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, staff, and
senior management
*Experience in working across cultures
*bility to function at an SVP level
*Experience in managing a P&L
*Experience with risk and compliance issues
*Ability to interact and build relationships with ARR, Compliance, internal
customers, system administration groups, and other technical organizations
*BA/BS required. MBA/MS and IS certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) a plus
