Deloitte & Touche LLP's Security Services Group was specifically created to
address our clients' needs for information protection. Our practitioners have
hands-on experience not only in assessing complex networks and systems, but
also in the design and configuration of complex security controls. We have
developed, tested, and refined our methodologies to efficiently provide
high-quality and cost-effective services that help clients develop an
enterprise approach to information security. Over 70% of our work is focused in
the area of security architecture, design, and implementation. Our national
practice is currently growing at a rate of 30 to 50% per year.
Through these services Deloitte & Touche helps companies determine how best to
address and manage risks while taking advantage of the global business economy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED FOR IDENTITY MGMT:
• 3+ years of related experience
• BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting,
and Information Systems
• Technical experience with at least one of the following: J2EE, Bea
Weblogic, IBM WebSpere or Access Manager, Single Signon, Oblix, Netegrity,
Access 360, WaveSet, BMC Control SA or Business Layers strongly preferred
• Experience with directory packages such as IBM SecureWay LDAP, iPlanet,
Novell or Active Directory preferred
• Experience with network operating systems such as AD, Unix or Windows
NT strongly preferred
• Prior Big 4 or consulting experience preferred
• Industry Experiences in financial services, high-tech, consumer
products, manufacturing and/or healthcare preferred
• Strong potential for growth and acceptance of additional
responsibilities
• Open to travel requirements
• Related certifications a plus
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED FOR SAP/PEOPLESOFT SECURITY:
• 3+ years of related experience
• BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting,
and Information Systems
• SAP/PeopleSoft security implementation
• Business Warehouse application security implementation
• Understanding segregation of duty concerns with respect to application
security implementations
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP/PeopleSoft administration and
maintenance
• Building SAP/PeopleSoft application security
• Prior Big 4 or consulting experience preferred
• Excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and
management skills
• Industry Experiences in financial services, high-tech, consumer
products, manufacturing and/or healthcare preferred
• Ability to travel
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide technical guidance and manage all aspects of information
protection architecture projects in complex networked
environments
• Identify and resolve complex issues and develop innovative solutions
for the client's business/technology goals
• Provide technical assistance relating to the design and implementation
of security and controls of client's networks
• Play substantive/lead role in client relationship and communication
• Play substantive/lead role in attaining quality internal and external
communication deliverables including technical content of reports, proposals,
etc.
• Demonstrate high level of understanding of client's business
• Demonstrate strong knowledge industry or functional specialty
• Play substantive/lead role and engagement planning, economics, and
billing
• Deliver services that meet D&T engagement leader specifications
• Participate in "add-on" sales to client
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services
• Membership and visibility in professional & civic organizations
• Participate in proposal development efforts
• Evaluate, counsel, mentor, and provide feedback on performance of
others
• Assist in retention of professionals
• Participate in training efforts
• Play substantive role in enhancing relationships with D&T Audit and Tax
professionals
