Attend NSA-IAM, NSA-IEM and IA-CMM training unless they have had this previously, and act as site coordinator during company appraisal process. Develop a training program designed to develop and enhance the knowledge and experience of company Information Assurance (IA) professionals. Attend technical and IA related conferences, develop, and deliver technical/marketing briefs and other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------- Skills Required: Current experience as a lead security assessor is preferred. Knowledge of the processes and requirements to conduct security assessments of all types, such as Security Test and Evaluations, NSA based IAM, IEMs, or other cyber based vulnerability/risk assessments. • Experience with DITSCAP based Systems Security Authorization Agreements (SSAA), and other certification and accreditation procedures supported under the DITSCAP and NICAP programs and processes preferred. • experience performing network threat and vulnerability analyses to determine operational and security impact, and ultimately the risk posed to the affected cyber environment • Development of Information Assurance training programs for military or Federal clients is highly desirable. • Bachelor’s Degree (Preference for a Master of Science Degree), preferably in Computer Science with emphasis on Information Assurance or Security Engineering with 5 years experience. • In lieu of formal education, 13 years of experience in a related field. • Industry certification or endorsements, such as CISSP, CISM and NSA-IAM, NSA-IEM Certifications are preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills required. • Security Clearance: US Secret CONTACT --------------------------------------------------- J.
