Tasks will include processing 3rd level mailbox requests, (CICS/RACF, DB2, MQ series general resource definitions, M-Plex support, ICSF mainframe Crypto etc), RORS requests (dataset access requests), Peregrine Q monitoring and incident resolution as well as ‘on-call’ support to assist in the provision of our 24x7 offering. With a minimum 3 years RACF experience, preferably at 3rd line support level, you will have proven experience in operational security, ideally across multiple platforms with the ability to present analysis of technical RACF / Security issues to service managers to achieve best solutions. As a team member you will have knowledge of SAS or REXX and an awareness of security policies and pro cedures.
