Insider Threat Response Manager
Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC
$90-$110K base + bonus, relocation assistance
My client is a large financial services institution with a global presence.
They are searching for someone to play a critical role in building an
enterprise-wide insider threat detection program. This program will address
issues such as operational disruptions, insider trading, financial targets and
criminal motivation – and develop the solutions for response to those
events
The successful candidate will:
- work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of experts to assess,
analyze, and respond to security intrusions and incidents affecting the firm.
- utilize knowledge of regulatory requirements and security threats to
provide critical security analysis and expertise within the firm.
- act as a consultant on resolving security issues within the firm,
including assisting in developing security policies and procedures.
- exercise independent judgment assimilating large quantities of data and
distilling them down to their essence for management.
- be able to handle assignments with short deadlines and be willing to
respond after-hours.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should have comprehensive perspective and experience in dealing with
financial crimes, fraud, and their analysis. Candidate must have a minimum 3
years experience in the information security or law enforcement field,
including security risk assessment, risk analysis, and delivery of solutions.
Exemplary people skills are a must. Extensive experience creating custom
solutions and responding to information security incidents is a strong plus.
