Identify development opportunities within the Distributors working with in field sales, product managers and relating companys products inside the sales organization with the Distribution channel. Close institutional alliances with Distributors specialized in OEM manufacturers, direct brands locally established and through alliances with several other business opportunities in the regular channel. Introduce and develop demand for Security Solutions in order to reach vertical markets. Organize and develop bundles inside the Distribution organization. Control inventory and rotation of products in the Distribution organizations. Training for distribution sales force and to resellers with focus in Enterprise and government business sectors.
