Security Practice Director
We are looking for a Security Practice Director to direct and develop large
scale Info. Sec. Consulting programs.
The ideal candidate will:
•Work cross-functionally to develop and implement consulting methodology,
tools and processes for use in delivering Consulting Services to the market.
•Direct implementation and retainer consulting projects.
•Evaluate and assesse new consulting and retainer projects based upon
size, complexity, etc.
•Prepare monthly reports outlining team assignments and/or changes,
project status changes, retainer contracts taken and bonus awards to be made.
•Work with Sr. Executive team to set consulting objectives, performance
standards and priorities through/with managers.
•Hire and arrange training for new consultants and continuing development
of experienced consultants.
•Responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
•BS in computer field, CISSP and/or CISA Certification
•15 or more years of experience in Information Security with at least
seven years of business development, consulting and management experience at
the corporate or regional level.
•Has demonstrated expertise in networking, security, server hardware, and
operating systems as well as the interdependencies between them.
•Solid technical depth.
•Familiarity with Security and Network Infrastructure Design, IT Strategy
•Prefer Experience with ISO17799, COBIT, data privacy and information
security policy development, achieving regulatory compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley,
GLBA, NASD, CASB1386 and HIPAA, Safe Harbor, etc.).
•Demonstrates extremely good project management skills.
