The Role
Key member of management team in the UK operation of a leading security
services provider. The primary focus of the position is managing a team of
highly skilled security consultants
Responsibilities & Duties
Responsible for the management of the complete service delivery process
including scoping, resource allocation, delivery and quality assurance.
Manage the research efforts of the consultant team.
Promote professional development of the consultant team along corporate
objectives.
Contribute to the expansion of services portfolio.
Support sales team in high level/value consulting opportunities.
Lead presentations of findings to customers
Share revenue target with Sales Director
Prepare and report delivery metrics for management review
Education/Certifications & Experience
Minimum of 10 years IT experience & 5 years within the Information Security
arena
Minimum educational qualifications: BSc
Experience managing technical team.
Project management skills.
Ability to operate in a high pace/ high pressure environment
Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
Possess effective organizational skills
Experience in managing / delivering secure assessment projects.
Experience of delivering security solutions to Global 1000 companies.
Preferred background of Consultancy, Penetration Testing or Compliance.
Travel
Some travel within EMEA and US.
