Position:       Security Consultant
Location:       New York, New York, United States
Type:           Permanent F/T

My client, an international security consulting firm, is seeking a number of 
security consultants to join their team.

Consulting will include:

Vulnerability testing/scanning, penetration testing, risk mitigation & control 
and
incident response
You will review commercial and open tools
to enhance this company's exisitng lab.












JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Skills Needed:

3 plus years with the following:

Knowledge of IT Security dealing with TCP/IP, IPSEC, VPN, firewalls, IDS, Unix 
security/administration

Proven ability in vulnerability assessment,  testing/scanning, penetration 
testing, risk mitigation & control and incident response.

Familiarity with multiple vulnerability assessment tools and scanning tools 
such as AppScan, Retina, and Nessus.

Familiar with code review (C,C++, .NET, JAVA)

Script writing.
