Recruiter: Michael Williams Cyber Security Project Manager (PI) Working with upper level PMs or Co-PI's, manages all components of IWFO, WFO and indirect work logistics to a successful completion underneath the guidance of the appropriate National and Homeland Security are Program Lead or funding manager. Works with customers to develop requirements, produce and test designs, and provide necessary documentation. Modifies or enhances existing software and hardware systems. Documents applications and systems for customers. Reviews requirements, designs, codes, tests, and documentation for task generally. Represents the INL in medium sized efforts as a fully qualified computer security professional and qualified PI. Manages dynamic teams centered around the generation of unique quality solutions to varied technical challenges on a national and international scale. Participates in the development and testing of engineered solutions using current and emerging computing technologies. Applies extensive expertise in software and hardware engineering principles, theories, concepts and technologies with complex engineered systems. Maintains cognizance of advanced computer security principles and capabilities, especially those directly applicable to critical infrastructure networked components. JOB REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------- Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 7 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 5 years experience; PhD with 3 years experience. Preferred disciplines are: Computer Science/Engineering, Math, EE. Special Requirements/Training: Q-clearance with appropriate sigmas and SCI clearance. Capable of working in secured area, handling and storing and processing classified information, using combination locks and extensive range of passwords and combinations. Experienced application developer and multi-platform literate. Continually enhances technical proficiency through peer interaction, continuing education and participation in relevant forums. Current project leader with evolving team building, nurturing and mentoring capabilities.
