Sr. Cyber Security Researcher/Trainer (PI) 

Experienced independent developer of complex technical curriculum for use in 
the training of external WFO based customers. 

PI in medium sized efforts that may influence project and program strategies 
and directions. 

Participates in open source information exchanges, conferences, etc. to 
identify new threats and exploits to be included in the various training 
efforts and awareness exercises. Recognized as a skilled Cyber Security 
Research professional with credible expertise in the areas of instruction. 

Primary instructor of computer security topics to WFO customers. Must be able 
to independently design, install and operate necessary hardware configuration 
to demonstrate and perform "hands on" training. 

Stands up and directs project teams to produce proposals for new work to 
include joint projects with industry. Maintains awareness of potential sponsors 
and their current objectives and funding levels. Superior customer interface 
and communication skills (verbal, written) are also required. 

Participates in the development of significant new courseware dependent upon 
specific customer requirements ranging across a broad set of complex topical 
areas.  
 


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Qualifications  
 Bachelor's degree with 7 years experience, Masters with 5 years. Preferred 
degree disciplines are: Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer 
Science/Engineering, Math Theory. 

Special Requirements/Training: 

Knowledgeable in operating system & network security (Linux, Solaris, and 
Windows). Nation state involvement in Cyber based attack methodology. Terrorist 
target assessment and understanding of informal Black Hat Community 
communications and structure. Excellent analysis, writing and presentation 
skills.
