Our client, a leading security vendor, has an immediate opening for a Security
Project Manager. Individual is responsible for coordinating and monitoring NY
security projects from initiation through delivery. Will serve as liaison
between project related departments in order to ensure that all targets and
requirements are met. The Project Manager ensures that projects are completed
on schedule and within budget, and will operate under minimal supervision and
with wide latitude for independent action.
Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain project plans
 Coordinate the activities of all assigned personnel
 Develop status reports and facilitate status meetings with
users and management.
 Ensures completeness and quality of all project deliverables.
 Manager change control process through the life of project.
 Manage the project Risk Mitigation process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements:
 The ideal candidate will have 3+ years work experience within
the IT Security industry, with 1+ years experience planning, installing,
configuring and implementing distributed, server-based computing environments.
 2+ years of project management experience.
 Active PMI Certification.
 Excellent communication skills.
 Candidates will have experience in managing implementation
projects, a self-starter mentality and will possess strong leadership skills.
 Demonstrated ability to analyze IT business requirements,
define/design appropriate IT solution, create detailed project plans and
schedules, and monitor/control project execution.
 Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
