Position Summary: The Compliance Coordinator receives assignments from the Compliance Manager, and also directly supports requests from resources inside and outside the company; internal and third party auditors, security management, customer service and other client-facing organizations, as well as government regulators. Duties & Responsibilities: - Serve as a technical liaison between Digital Insight area managers, and auditors / clients / other assessors of risk. Specifically, this resource will participate in audits, examinations, and other risk assessments that are coordinated by DI Internal Audit staff, and will ensure that associated requests and questions are formally responded to by area managers in a manner that addresses risk as appropriate, and coordinate written responses that are suitable for distribution to auditors, examiners, clients, Digital Insight’s Board of Directors, and/or others as appropriate. - Facilitate formal responses to security or risk-related requests, questions, and questionnaires, from clients, partners, vendors, and others. Ensure that associated requests and questions are formally responded to in a manner that addresses risk as appropriate, and coordinate written responses suitable for distribution to auditors, examiners, clients, Digital Insight’s Board of Directors, and/or others as appropriate. - Contribute to production and distribution of security and risk-related materials that are created for internal and external use (i.e. - Compliance CD, internal security bulletins). - Support and contribute to security reviews of DI product specifications and designs, and provide formal results to Product Management and other affected staff. - Participate in and contribute to strategic security initiatives. Projects in this dynamic environment will change over time, but examples include projects related to vendor due diligence and oversight; oversight of security policy and procedure publishing; contributions to corporate publications (i.e. – compliance CD). - Support and contribute to security reviews of outside partners and vendors. - Oversee third party security reviews sponsored by Digital Insight, to include events such as annual on-site assessments; periodic network scans. Facilitate remediation of problems found. - Security policy maintenance and end user awareness training.
