Position: Sales Engineer
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 2006-04-13
Leading company is seeking a top notch Systems Enginner in the Bay Area. Will
work with sales manager, channel partners, and end users to provide
pre/post-sales support including technical support & demostrations, network
designs, and customer support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
* 2-5 years technical sales support experience and post sales implementation
support
* BS degree
* In-depth knowledge of OSI model layers 2-7
* Ability to troubleshoot complex network environments
* Good communication/presenatation skills
* Ability to successfully respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
* Understanding of the sales process
* Knowledge and understanding of VPN, SSL, and encryption related concepts
* Must be US citizen or permanent resident
