Telecoms Data Team - Senior Firewall Technical Analyst
London – Permanent – C£38K plus London weighting and benefits
We are looking to recruit a Technical Analyst with the ability to work without
supervision in planning and scheduling their work and that of others. You will
ensure delivery within the constraints of time, budget and quality design and
deliver infrastructure solutions that are in line with the Financial Services
operational principles. Providing direction and support to other team members
you will establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
throughout the group and effectively participate in project and technical
meetings. Having worked in a technical analyst role within a large IT
environment preferably within a financial organisation you will have a minimum
of 5 + years experience in design, build and implementation of CheckPoint
firewalls on the Nokia IP series platform with a proven ability to plan and
execute workload in a dynamic environment. With the ability to produce quality
deliverables in a high pressure environment your competencies sh
all include achieving excellence, understanding issues, building understanding
and trust, gathering information, communication and finding solutions. With a
technical knowledge of CheckPoint NG AI, Nokia Platforms, CheckPoint
Provider-1, VRRP, TCP/IP and Network Design you will be competent in producing
support handover documentation, test completion reports and IM / KSD documents
for projects to pass FFP checkpoints. In return our client offers a great
